For many years my work was inspired by ancient sites of Britain and Ireland and the folklore associated with them. My fascination with standing stone circles, dolmens and court cairns took me on journeys to all sorts of marvellous places from Cornwall to Shetland and all over Ireland.
I usually work in lithography, linocut, woodcut or other print making techniques but occasionally I paint using a mix of water colour and gouache as you can see here.
They are all 7 x 5 inches, blank inside. Many are of a specific place which you may recognise. Do please get in touch if you'd like to know more about any of these images.
