Refund policy

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us, unused and undamaged and we will issue a refund. We recommend re-using the original packaging for protective purposes. To be eligible for a return we must receive your purchase in the same condition in which it was sent.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a "tracked and signed for" shipping service.

We do not refund shipping and the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from the time of purchase.
