Botanical Gardens - a hand stitched collage made from my little linocuts printed on Irish linen.
I love to visit gardens and they are a great source of inspiration from tiny leaves and flowers to glorious victorian glass houses.
I use different types of linen, some very old, to make my collages. I sew the piece together by hand using a variety of stitches and embroidery techniques.
Each collage is unique.
